In addition, the moratorium also have a positive impact on efforts to increase the quality of Indonesian teachers . Because of the moratorium is actually a signal that the teacher should be able to improve the quality of the work .

If not , it is not impossible in the future teachers will also be affected by the moratorium because it does not work well . Government certainly does not want to spend the budget in vain just to hire teachers who are not civil servants can work professionally . Therefore , professionalism is a fixed price for teachers if civil servants do not want exposed to the moratorium in the future . Because only with the professional teacher education in Indonesia will be able to go forward and give birth to the next generation of quality . And that means , the government is not wrong if it issued a big budget for teacher pay .

In addition to the professionalism of teachers have a very close correlation with educational products . Professional teachers will help the learning process to be qualified, so that students enjoy participating in the learning process .
