As
long as the observation made by writer in SMPN 2 Labuapi to the English teacher about the seven habits used of English
teacher in teaching learning process.
The writer has
interviewed the English teacher about how teaching and learning process done.
Based on interview, the writer conclude that the teacher is active in teaching
and learning process. Because after interviewed of the teacher, writer
observation immediately in the class
room for prove what the teacher said in interviewed before.
And
in fact, teaching and learning process is run active, because interaction
between teacher and students is very interesting and the teacher can expert in
own subjects, it seems when the teacher very enjoyable explore all of the subject to his
students, so that the students very
active and support learning process, so
it’s not boring.
And the next,
when teaching and learning process done, the teacher don’t forgot repeat and give conclusion all of subject before
teaching and learning process done, and he very well organized and well
prepared, it seems that the teacher able to prepared all of subject before
lesson start, and can manage the class well. So that’s way, the writer can conclusion the
teacher have second habit point that is begin with the end in mind.
third point about personal management, the
teacher have about that, because when teaching and learning process, the
teacher expert manage the class well.
Because he can combination all of subject from the other sources, although he
used silent way method for he tough, he is communicative by his students . I
think it’s very good, because learning process is very effective and students cot sleepy.
And
fourth point about principles of interpersonal leadership. I saw, so far is
good enough, because before lesson start he can gives some suggestion and
confident when interaction with his students although there is still have to fixed. Right
in his voice because his voice rather low and not high, so that some time the
students hard to listen when he teaching .
Fifth
point, when the writer saw teaching and learning process conducting. The
teacher have emphatic communication to students. That is can be saw with the
teacher care to students, who in this case shame or afraid in answer of
question from their teacher, but the teacher give motivation and suggestion to
his students, so that the students have brief to answer of question from him.
Six
point, I saw the teacher less creative, why I said like that, because the
teacher just used one material for tough, so that the class is monotonous. If
he used material from the other sources
and combination with material he has, i think the class can be better than
before.
The
last about principles of balance self renew..
When I
interviewed the teacher and observation in the class, the teacher aware in
teaching and learning process in the class Many less and must be change, so
that the next will be better.
